Tis the season for cranberries!
Tis also the season for brunches, and this white chocolate cranberry bread will be a welcome addition to your holiday table. It is studded with fresh cranberries and white chocolate chips, for a perfect balance of sweet and tart. The bread itself is a mix of whole and white wheat, given a boost with Kretschmer Wheat Germ, which lends a lovely, hearty flavor.
Wheat germ is a fantastic source of omega 3 fatty acids, folate and both B and E vitamins. Paired with the vitamin C and antioxidants found in cranberries, this bread is a healthy treat.
Make a few loaves so you’ll have some on hand if guests drop by – or make a bunch and wrap them in pretty cellophane and give as gifts!
