Now that Thanksgiving is over are you feeling…stuffed? I am. Or I was. Luckily, I’ve managed to do kind of a mini detox since the big feast. Tons of water. Lots of salads. Fruit for dessert.
And smoothies. I love smoothies – especially when I’m REALLY hungry but know I shouldn’t be having a huge meal or snack. They’re a great way to get your daily allowance of fruits and veggies quickly.
