School is back in session in our household. Can I confess? I think I’m more exhausted on this new schedule than my Kindergartener. He starts at 8 am. This means I’m up by 6 am and we’re out the door by 7:30 to go brave the drop off line. By the time I get around to dinner preparation, I’m usually dragging major tail.
This is why I love my slow cooker. I can prep and start dinner in the morning, before I’ve entered the zombie zone. It’s such a relief to have the house fill with smells of dinner in the early afternoon.
That’s why this week I’m dedicating the Hot Dish to my beloved slow cooker. Don’t forget we have over twenty fabulous slow cooker recipes right here at Shrinking Kitchen! Enjoy!
