Four or five years ago I stumbled on a recipe in Cooking Light Magazine for a spicy steak with avocados and Mexican cheeses. I have been making my own version of a Spicy Steak using flank steak ever since. With Cinco de Mayo just around the corner, it is the perfect recipe to celebrate with and to kick off the grilling season. I like to pair it with a fresh Strawberry Melon salad to balance the spiciness of the steak.
This recipe is great for a large group or a simple family dinner. Get your barbecue out and fired up, it is time to grill!
