Ah, meatloaf. Eliciting groans from kids everywhere since the dawn of time. Well, I can certainly say that after trying this recipe, you won’t have to hear any protest any more. Our two year-old loves this gluten free meatloaf so much she actually asks for it, and my husband raved about it, then took half the loaf to work with him so he could share it with friends.
