FRIDAY: Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff.
SATURDAY: Leftovers or date night!
SUNDAY: Quick & Savory Minestrone Soup.
Weekly Healthy Menu Plan Grocery List
12 oz bag of broccoli slaw (you can find this by the bagged salads in the market)
red bell pepper, 3
onion, 3 medium
garlic, 11 cloves
mushrooms, 4 oz
green onion, 4
celery, 2 stalks
carrots, 3/4 cup
green beans, 1/3 pound, trimmed and cut into small pieces, about 1/2 inch (this will be about 1 1/2 cups)
1 tsp grated ginger root
red wine vinegar
tomato sauce, 2 C
tomato paste, 2 Tbsp
plain, fat free greek yogurt
low fat mayonnaise
apple cider vinegar
freshly ground pepper
reduced-sodium soy sauce, 1/2 C
diced tomatoes and green chilies (Ro*Tel Mild) , 10 oz can
fat-free low-sodium chicken broth, 1 C
whole green chiles, 2 cans (4.25 oz each)
unbleached all-purpose flour, 4 C
cream of tartar
hot sauce (I used Franks), 1 Tbsp
Old Bay seasoning
low-sodium kidney beans, 15 oz can
vegetable base (I use Better Than Bouillon), 3 Tbsp
no-salt-added diced tomatoes, 1 28-oz can
crushed tomatoes, 1 14-oz can
Lipton onion soup mix, 1 packet
Campbell’s 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, 1 can
butter or margarine, 1 C
16 oz fat-free sour cream

Panko bread crumbs, 1 1/4 C
whole-wheat shell pasta, 1 C

1 1/4 lb lean ground beef
2 lbs boneless pork loin roast
salmon (I prefer sockeye), 2 14.75 oz cans
frozen boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 lb
3 pounds chicken parts (thighs, legs, breasts – I used a whole chicken and cut it apart – throw the back, neck & wings in the freezer for stock later on)
