This menu plan was originally published on October 28, 2012. Full of quick and easy meals, with a few slow cooker recipes, it makes for a delicious and healthy week without a lot of time spent in the kitchen. I’m not sure about you, but our fall is shaping up to be super busy with kid sports, school, and all of the fun community activities happening. I know one thing’s for sure, I don’t want to blow my diet by munching through all of the fall festival and state fair candy apples, kettle corn, funnel cakes, and corn dogs. Oh my!
