Now use that extra time and spend it doing something you love! I’m even going to write your grocery list for you! I accept gifts of food, cash and jewelry.

MONDAY: Chicken tortilla soup. Feliz Seis de Mayo!
TUESDAY: Spinach Lasagna Rolls.
WEDNESDAY: Sloppy Joes.
THURSDAY: Baja Fish Tacos w/Chipotle Lime Slaw
FRIDAY: Stacked Roasted Veggie Enchiladas with a side of the Best Ever Spanish Rice.
SATURDAY: Leftovers aka fend-for-yourself night. This mama is going to kick her feet up and have a beer.
SNACKS/DESSERTS: Skinny Chunky Monkey Cookies and Strawberry Yogurt Muffins (replacing the sugar with 1/4 C raw honey, 1/8 tsp more baking soda, and lowering cooking temp to 385) -seriously, we can’t ever get enough of these!
SHRINKING GROCERY LIST
I know this list looks long and intimidating, but remember, this covers everything. You will find a lot of these items already in your pantry.
