Happy menu plan Sunday!
I hope you haven’t gone grocery shopping yet, because I do believe we have a super delicious menu plan this week. Lots of variety, lots of yummy summer veggies. Got to eat them up while they are fresh! I’ve been hitting up my local farmer’s market and picking up some beautiful berries, snap peas and kale. And kettle corn – for my kid
not really. This time of year, it’s really pretty cinchy to eat healthy. Just try to pass by the ice cream aisle…

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Curried Pineapple Pork Chops, brown rice, steamed broccoli.
Wednesday: Enchilada Casserole in a Hurry, simple green salad with tomato and avacado.
Thursday:Thai Pesto Shrimp with Coconut Lime Rice served with steamed snap peas.
Friday: Dinner out, take out or eat some delicious leftovers! You deserve a break.
Saturday: Sticky Asian Drumsticks and Aromatic Noodles with Lime Peanut Sauce.
Sunday: Grilled flank steak (drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper before grilling) with Green Salad with Apples, Feta, Pecans and Balsamic Dressing.
