1/2 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves
3/4 cup non-fat milk
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 cup prepared pesto
6 tablespoons half & half
1/2 cup shredded fresh parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh spinach
