Tuesday: One Pan Goulash with steamed broccoli.
Wednesday: Grilled Lean Pork Loin Chops with Sweetly Sauteed Brussels Sprouts.
Thursday: Slow Cooker Italian Turkey Meatballs with whole wheat spaghetti and green salad.
Friday: Tilapia baked with olive oil, lemon slices and dried dill with Spring Green Bean Salad.
Saturday: Leftovers, takeout or dinner out!
Sunday: Brunch or Breakfast for Dinner: Pumpkin Spice Waffles topped with almond butter and fresh fruit salad (cantaloupe, grapes, strawberries).
Snacks/Desserts: Banana bread
