Christy whipped up these scrumptious Kung Pao Chicken Tacos last week and here’s what she had to say:
My kids absolutely adored this meal. BJ packed the leftovers up for his lunch at school the next day, and said everyone was jealous. It’s a recipe that seems a little tricky the first time, but I think it will be easier next time, and there will be many next times. This was definitely restaurant quality eatin’.
I did leave the sambal oelek out so it wouldn’t be too spicy for the kids, but I squirted sriracha directly into my tacos. Didn’t have celery or red peppers, but it was fine without them.
I am so excited to try these! Honestly, I think pretty much everything is better in a tortilla. And I adore Kung Pao Chicken. These are going on my ‘to cook’ list, pronto!
