A few days ago, I asked our Facebook readers what kinds of recipes they’d like to see more of – one person answered recipes for the grill. Well, I listened. And this chicken? Pretty awesome, if I do say so myself. Not only that, it’s simple and requires very few ingredients.
So I ask you…are you ready for some delicious chicken? These Honey Lime Grilled Chicken Thighs are just that! They’re tender, they’re succulent (yes, I said succulent…deal), they’re flavorful. You could sub chicken breast in this recipe if you prefer. Up until a few years ago, I would only eat white meat chicken. But now, I’m a convert. Thighs are just so much more moist and a lot more difficult to overcook. Which, for me, is a godsend when I’m grilling.
If you’re worried about the calorie difference between breasts and thighs, don’t sweat it. Just remember, PORTION CONTROL. Without skin, chicken thighs are a welcome addition to a healthy diet.
Serve these grilled chicken thighs with a side of brown rice, over a salad, or even in a whole grain bun with lettuce, tomato and avocado as a chicken sandwich. YUM.
