I love them so. Once in a while I’ll get a massive craving and I MUST make them immediately. It’s a sickness, but a good sickness.
These fish tacos could not be easier. Use any type of flaky, white fish you love. Rub that fish down with spices. Throw it on the grill. You can have these whipped up and on the table in less than a half hour!
If you’re making the Chunky Mango Avocado Salsa (and you totally should, but store-bought fruity salsa will work well too), make it first, so it has some time to come together in the fridge while you’re doing the rest.
These grilled fish tacos are a perfect summer meal, on the patio…with a margaritas, naturally!
