This tasty ginger chicken recipe is an old favorite of mine! I found it in my South Beach cookbook a few years ago. If you are following South Beach, it even works for the strict Phase 1 weeks! Don’t worry, even if you aren’t a South Beach fan, you will definitely find yourself enjoying this dinner of ginger chicken and snow peas! My kids didn’t even complain about eating their peas!
