We here at the Shrinking Kitchen have mad love for PB2, and love coming up with delicious PB2 Recipes! Have you heard of it? Have you tried it? OhMyGosh. It’s only *the* best invention since sliced bread, y’all.
It’s powdered peanut butter……are you saying, whaaaat?
Yes, peanut butter that is in powdered form, and has 85% less fat and calories. YES! You just add a little water, and voila: a serving of peanut butter for 45 calories. The best thing about PB2 is you can use it in recipes that call for peanut butter and slash the calories and fat! Heck, we even use it in recipes that don’t call for peanut butter just because.
And get this: They even make PB2 with chocolate. Shut up! I know!!

PB2 Thai Dipping Sauce or Salad Dressing – who doesn’t love to dip?
PB2 Slow Cooker Thai Chicken – This is one of my creations, and there’s NEVER any leftover. We’re talking ‘restaurant quality’.
I’ve made these Aromatic Noodles with Lime Peanut Sauce several times substituting 4 Tablespoons of PB2. Seriously YUM.
You can also add PB2 to your oatmeal for an out-of-this-world breakfast. Your kids will worship you!
One of my favorite ways to use PB2 is in smoothies! I blend up some frozen bananas, Greek yogurt, and chocolate PB2 with a splash of almond milk, and BAM. Breakfast of champions!
