Cook & Tell is our new weekly, healthy recipe linkup! We started two weeks ago, and we’re excited for YOU share some more of your great recipes with us. Get in the kitchen, make your favorite healthy dish, take pictures, blog about it, and come share the link here so everyone else can enjoy it as well.

If you aren’t a blogger, but would like to share a recipe, please send it, along with photos, to our editor, Heather, While we won’t be able to publish everyone’s recipe, we will choose our favorites and feature them here on Shrinking Kitchen!

This Yogurt Parfait is from the Substance of Life and features a small twist on the typical fruit and yogurt – sea salt. I’ve been really digging sweet and salty combinations lately, so I gave this a whirl and it was YUM!
