My kids (who am I kidding, me too!) are crazy about Nutella. I don’t mind letting them indulge every now and then but this chocolaty spread isn’t on our table every day. During the winter months, I want to have something in the morning that is filling and warm. Not to mention a breakfast I can put together in under 10 minutes. Oatmeal is something everyone loves and so I am always looking for new ways to make it. I grew up on brown sugar and maple syrup instant oatmeal packets and for a long time I didn’t realize there was any other way to make oatmeal!
Ditch the packets and go for the real thing. This oatmeal will have your kids asking for more, and I’m willing to bet it will become a new favorite for you too. This recipe is gluten free and can easily be made dairy free as well.
