Earlier this week, I started a cleanse. A detox. My body needs a reset, badly.
I’ve been working with Jodi over at Eat Clean Health. Honestly? It’s been totally eye opening for me. Her holistic approach to whole body wellness is pretty much genius and just makes sense. No pills, no supplements, no DIET. Just real nutrition. Real food.
Can you tell I’m loving it?
One of the words Jodi uses often is NOURISH. And this ginger carrot soup? It is just that…nourishing. It just makes you feel good. I made a big pot of it on my first day of detox and I haven’t felt deprived at all. Not one bit. It’s full of healthy vegetables and the coconut water and curry gives it a nice little exotic twist.
