You know how we feel about Buffalo wings around here. Well, to be honest, it’s mostly the sauce. I’ll pretty much eat anything doused with Buffalo sauce…even frog legs.
(They were delish.)
Clearly, though, Buffalo coated (and usually deep fried) poultry isn’t the healthiest nosh out there. And you know we’re all about trying to find ways to quash cravings while keeping it healthy. So when we saw Buffalo Cauliflower making the rounds on the Internet? You know we had to give it a go!
Christy whipped finger-licking morsels up in her ranch kitchen (yes, she’s our very own Pioneer Woman) a few weeks back and they’re positively drool worthy.
Seriously. I’m salivating at the pictures.
These gluten free nuggets of fiery deliciousness are great as an appetizer with some low fat blue cheese or ranch dressing, a spicy side dish, or even as an entree with a big green salad!
