This soup can be made ahead and is easy to reheat when ready to serve. Simply add chicken broth as you heat, until you reach the desired consistency.
I’ve been dying to go apple picking, but we just don’t have an orchard all that close to us, so I used organic Gala apples for this soup. This dish would be a beautiful addition to your Thanksgiving table!
